After looking at this for a while I noticed that the pose seems a little rigid in places. Getting a good feel for how the body sits naturally is important in creating a believable image of the body. It's mostly in the way that the arm sits. As I see it, it's been drawn in a completely straight line, when in reality the muscles of the arms would give it a different feel. It's easy to get the hang of if you keep working from references and learning a little more each day about the anatomy of the human body.
I like how you've painted her face, in my opinion it's the best part of the image, and the face is of course so important in an image like this, so it's great that you've got it down really well.
